I received a promo letter that offered me the America's top 250 package with 3 movie channels for free for 3 month, plus 12 month of blockbuster movie pass.

After 3 month I noticed that you actually charged me for the movie pass so I contacted your company. They removed the charges, but now I do not have the movie pass anymore and customer service says they forwarded my case to promo management with no resolution in sight. And I have to contact and complain about this next to my work schedule ... extra time I do not have!

If I had known this to be an issues (which I read here it is!) I would have NEVER switched from Direct TV! I will contact every complaint forum, every BBB and make sure other folks hear about this!
